The Umpires played a highly contested T20 cricket match vs Best of Division 2 Select at Brereton Cricket Club, Whit Monday 29th May 2023. The Best of Division 2 Select won the toss and asked the Umpires XL to bat. They posted 181 for 4 in 20 overs with Larando Best scored a well played 100 not out in 65 balls (16 fours, 1 six). The Best of Division 2 Select replied with 182 for 6 in 18.3 overs with Jared Gilkes stealing the show scoring 90 not out in 39 balls (5 fours, 7 sixes). After the game, there was a karaoke competition which saw 7 persons participating. Larando Best of the Umpires XL won singing Your Man by Josh Turner.
